In 1999, MPS implemented a quality management system based on ISO 9001. In 2001, the software department started applying CMM model as framework for its local processes.
Facing the requirements of our customers, we aim to provide not simply quality, but the quality our client needs to achieve his strategic goals. That’s why we focus on coordination of our quality management systems with customer quality standards by:
- Flexible processes at MPS reflecting the specific of client’s processes
- Training in client’s processes
- Exchange information on process improvement
- Joint audits
Quality assurance
Software and Hardware design and development and hardware manufacturing:
- DIN EN ISO 9001 certified since January 2000
- ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2003
- ISO 9001:2000 certified since 2006
Software:
- SW Life Cycle is based on an incremental model.
- Since 2001 the software team of MPS started implementing local processes based on CMM framework.
- Continuous process improvement is going on based on CMMI staged model.
- In November 2006 CMMI level 2 was assigned at SCAMPI Appraisal.
